KIDS IN PHILANTHROPY

Kids in Motion is proud to have worked with K.i.P (Kids in Philanthropy) since 2022, taking part in both "Hangout for the homeless" & "Cards of hope".

KiP assist local community organisations to provide relief to those who need it most. Here at KiP, we believe that people of any age can help others – they just need the opportunity. In collaboration with our charity partners, KiP create bespoke volunteering programs for school aged children and their families to meet the needs of disadvantaged young people around Australia. Our volunteers assist young people experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, disadvantage and disability.

KiP mobilises children, parents and families across generations, to directly make a difference by working alongside charities who provide benevolent relief to those in need and make the world a better place.

BRAINWAVE

Kids in Motion is proud to have worked with Brainwave Australia since 2013, hosting their Kids and Sibs school holiday program for children with neurological condition and their siblings. It gives our team great pleasure to engage with and encourage these special children to participate in our activities— it’s always great to see them ‘get up and give it a go’.

Brainwave supports children living with a neurological condition by providing the support they need to improve their quality of life. A neurological condition can include brain cancer, autism, muscular dystrophy, strokes, childhood MS and acquired brain injuries.

Brainwave’s family support events help to make life a little easier for children and their families. Brainwave camps, family days, ‘kids and sibs’ holiday programs and Christmas parties connect people who are experiencing similar hardship and provide an opportunity to put smiles on children’s faces.
