Kids in Motion
TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Our classes must have a minimum of 3 students enrolled for the class to be run. Classes are subject to change if class numbers are below 3. Management will give as much advance warning as possible and endeavour to offer an alternative option.

  2. We have a maximum of 6 children to 1 trainer in all our classes.

  3. Private sessions can be organised for 1-2 children and this is based on availability of trainers and studio availability.

  4. I give permission for my children to leave the premises to participate in scheduled outdoor activities.

  5. Fees are due prior to the commencement of term unless a payment plan has been approved by management.

  6. Any cancellation of a term class booking or a holiday program booking needs to be in writing so that we have a clear email trail and evidence of the cancellation.

  7. Any cancellation of an enrolled class after term has commenced will not receive a refund.

  8. Any cancellation of a holiday program booking will only be credited if we can fill the vacant spot. No refunds are given for cancelled spots.

  9. To provide the best possible experience for all children in our holiday program, we require parents of children with special needs or who are on the spectrum to schedule a private assessment before booking.
This allows us to understand each child's unique needs and ensure our program is the right fit. Please note that children who have not completed this assessment may not be accepted.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a safe and supportive environment for every participant!

  10. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to a child whose fees remain unpaid after 2 weeks of term classes.  This booking will be removed and your spot will not be reserved.

  11. All prices quoted include 10% GST.

  12. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.

  13. Management understands that sometimes life gets busy or your child is unwell and you cannot attend your scheduled class. For those clients who are doing private classes, 24 hours notice is required to re-schedule the class and this can be arranged at a time convenient to both you and the trainer. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of a credit.

  14. Long-term injuries will be considered on an individual basis and any compensation is at the discretion of management.

  15. I give permission for staff at Kids in Motion to perform First Aid on my child in the event of an accident or medical emergency.
